As a participating exhibitor of MICE Show Asia, it is essential for all organisations to ensure that your profiles are maintained and updated on a regular basis.

The Business Matching system offers each buyer and exhibitor the opportunity to select relevant parties to conduct business meetings with.


Ultimately, the goal of the business matching is to mitigate the hassle of arranging appointments on-site and to ensure that each exhibitor maximises his/her time at the show. On top of meetings with buyers, exhibitors are also able to allocate time to attend workshops, education sessions as well as networking functions.

There are two (2) rounds in the Business Matching process:

  • Round 1 – Pre-Scheduled Appointment (PSA)

  • Round 2 – Online Diary Appointment (ODA)


As a participating exhibitor with an appointment set, you are entitled to:

  • 33 meeting slots for the entire 3 days – 11 meeting slots per day

  • Each meeting slot has a duration of 30 minutes


Round 1 – Pre-scheduled Appointments (PSA)

The first phase of the business matching platform lasts approximately three (03) weeks and commences approximately 2 – 2.5 months prior to the show. During this phase, exhibitors will be able to select their desired buyers from the list of buyers within the platform.

Concurrently, buyers would also be making their selection of exhibitors. Exhibitors can also modify their buyer selections till the closure of PSA.

Upon the closure of the PSA phase, there will be a automated matching phase for approximately three (03) weeks in which the system matches buyers and exhibitors with a pre-determined algorithm.


Round 2 – Online Diary Appointments (ODA)

ODA commences after the automated matching phase. Confirmed appointments from the 1st phase of business matching will be reflected on the appointment schedule of the exhibitor. The ODA phase also allows exhibitors to further request for more meetings with delegates to fill up the the remaining available appointment slots. This process will be ongoing until the last day of the show.
