The qualification criteria of the MICE Show Asia Buyers Programme varies year on year and is highly dependent on exhibitors' feedback and travel inventory.

MICE Show Asia upholds a strict validation process to ensure all attending buyers are serious decision makers. The validation process is based on the following details:

  • Commitment to a set number of appointments with MICE Show Asia's exhibitors based on selected buyer package

  • Decision maker of a company whom had significant procurement volume of MICE travel services such as accommodation, air tickets, MICE packages etc. For example: travel agents, corporate & outbound travel managers or travel procurement managers

  • Noticeable procurement track record in Asia (MICE Show Asia may conduct checks on proof of travel procurement for auditing purposes)

  • Buyer’s Rating – applicable to buyers whom had attending MICE Show Asia or ITB Asia before.

Note: The Buyers Team will consider exhibitor’s feedback on past buyers’ participation to the show. To ensure that all buyers are right matches to attending exhibitors, the Buyers Team may ask further questions or request for supporting documents from buyers. All information submitted are strictly private and confidential.
